The staff in the Financial Aid Office is trained to assist students and parents in understanding the sometimes complicated financial aid process. Working
together with you we will explore all of the various options — scholarships, grants, work programs and loans. (Over 90% of our students receive some form of financial assistance.)

How to Apply for Financial Aid
- Submit an Application for Admission and Financial Aid
- As soon as possible after January 1, submit the Free Application for Federal Student aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. ETBU’s federal school code is 003564.
- Student (and at least one parent of dependent students) will need a PIN number to electronically sign the FAFSA. PIN numbers may be requested at www.pin.ed.gov.
- The priority deadline for filing for financial aid is June 1 for fall enrollment and October 1 for spring enrollment.
